Thank you for purchasing a class with us! We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining clear guidelines.
Refunds:
Refunds are available within 6 months of the original purchase date. After 6 months, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
Transfers:
If you are unable to attend the class you purchased, you may transfer your payment to another class of equal value. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to request a transfer.
No-Shows:
We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for no-shows without prior notice.
